The Style Lab

Style is a skill. Six weeks. My eyes. Your closet.

You have done the work. You know your style. And still, putting it all together on your own is the piece that has not fully clicked yet. That is exactly what The Styling Lab was built for.

Understand Outfit Building

Sharpen Your Eye

Own Your Wardrobe

Every piece you own is only as good as your ability to use it.

The wardrobe is not the problem. The knowledge is not the problem. The missing piece is the ability to put it all together on your own, with confidence, every single time. Without that skill, nothing else you invest in your style will compound the way it should.

This is for the woman who is done with almost.

You show up with intention in every area of your life. You invest in yourself, you pay attention to how you present, and you know that the way you walk into a room says something before you speak.

And still, somewhere between your closet and your mirror, the outfit you imagined and the outfit you put on are not quite the same thing. Maybe you have even had someone put an outfit together for you and thought — yes, that is exactly it. But when you tried to recreate it on your own, something was missing. Because you saw the result. You never learned the why behind it. And without the why, every morning becomes a guess.

What you are looking for is not more inspiration. It is the ability to walk into your closet, make a decision, and know it is right. To trust your own eye. To stop reaching for the safe thing and start wearing the outfit you actually had in mind.

That skill is learnable. That is exactly what The Style Lab teaches.

Here is what happens when you are in the room.

Each session you bring one real outfit and get 10 dedicated minutes with a certified stylist looking directly at your specific pieces. Not a generic example. Not a model in a photo. Your clothes, your body, your life — with direct feedback that tells you exactly what is working, what is not, and why.

Each week you learn from your own outfit and from watching every other woman's pieces worked through live. The principles land differently when you see them applied across different bodies, different wardrobes, and different style challenges. The smaller the room, the richer the learning — and every session compounds on the one before it.

The goal of The Style Lab is not to tell you what to wear. It is to teach you to see the way a stylist sees so you can make those decisions yourself, with confidence, for the rest of your life. You will open your closet differently on the other side of this. That is the point.

Yes, I want a spot on the Interest list

This is where my expertise becomes your skill.

I am Michelle Glass, a strategic style consultant and Certified Style Coach. My work is built on one belief: style is not about what you own. It is about what you know how to do with what you own.

When I work with a woman privately I am not simply handing her an outfit. I am teaching her to see. I name what I notice — where the proportion is off, what the accessory is doing, how one shift changes the whole look. She watches me see it. And then she begins to see it herself.

What I have found consistently is that there is still a gap. Doing it with me in the room and doing it alone on an ordinary Tuesday are different experiences. That gap is not a failure. It is simply the difference between learning something and owning it. The Style Lab is where you close it.

You don't need someone to dress you. You need to learn to see the way a stylist sees. That is what six weeks together builds.

What to expect week-by-week

Learn the two proportion conversations happening in every outfit and why they are the reason some looks land and others do not. You will never look at an outfit the same way again.

Understand how every finishing decision — the necklace, the shoe, the bag — is either completing your outfit or quietly undermining it. You will stop grabbing accessories and start choosing them.

Learn how one structured piece can lift an entire casual outfit and why texture affects the polish level of everything around it. You will know exactly what your outfit needs to go from assembled to styled.

Discover what your color choices are communicating before you speak and how contrast determines whether you walk into a room or blend into it. You will start dressing for visibility, not just comfort.

Learn to see the combinations you have been walking past every single morning and build outfits from what you already own. You will open your closet differently from this week forward.

Learn how to dress for the stage, the boardroom, and the panel — and what each high-stakes context asks of you specifically. You will never walk into an important room underdressed for the moment again.

FAQ

A few questions you might be sitting with.

Hello!

I'm Michelle Glass.

Certified Style Coach & Color Analyst. Strategic Stylist and Educator for high-achieving women who are done guessing.

I know what it feels like to finally put on the right outfit and feel it. Not just look at it — feel it. The way it changes how you stand, how you walk into a room, how the rest of your day goes. I saw that moment happen over and over again when I was styling for a clothing brand. And I knew that moment was not reserved for women shopping in that one store. It belonged to every woman. I just had to figure out how to give it to her.

I spent eight years as a stylist for a clothing brand, watching what happens when the right pieces meet the right woman. When I decided to deepen my knowledge formally, I enrolled in a certification program — and realized I did not want to keep that knowledge inside one brand. I became a Certified Style Coach and Certified Color Analyst because I wanted a methodology I could stand behind completely. I work with multiple styling mentors, I obsess over the details and the patterns, and I invest constantly in my own education because my clients deserve someone who never stops learning. The Style Lab is built from everything I have accumulated — and it is designed to give you the most important parts of it in six weeks.

You deserve to know what you are doing when you get dressed. That is exactly what I am here to teach you.
